Na Baan started with two simple passions: my brother’s love of coffee and my mother’s love of desserts. What began as something we made and enjoyed at home evolved into an opportunity to create a small café and community space for our neighbourhood.

I helped shape the brand and customer experience around the idea of bringing the feeling of home to the community. From the products and physical space to the customer journey, we wanted Na Baan to feel personal, welcoming and accessible.

To reach customers beyond our front garden, we also introduced delivery through LINE MAN and Grab, alongside a convenient pick-up service.

The result was more than a home café. It became a small community built around coffee, food and the simple pleasure of bringing people together.
